By increasing the interest and demand of the oil industry for high-oleic type of sunflower, some sunflower producers in BiH have decided to grow and produce this type of sunflower, and from spring sowing in 2021 we will offer a new sunflower hybrid Delicio CLP to the region, including BiH. This hybrid belongs to the type of high oleic (HO) sunflower. Delicio CLP is a medium-early hybrid of sunflower that is tolerant to imazamox and belongs to the group with Clearfield® Plus cultivation technology. It is adorned with a medium-high (160-180 cm) stem, firm and stable, extremely tolerant to cracking and lodging. The position of the head in this hybrid is optimal because it is generally in the position of 45 ° in relation to the soil. Delicio CLP has shown very high results in the HO segment in the last two years, but above all it is distinguished by extremely high yield stability throughout the region of Southeast Europe. It is extremely tolerant to root, stem and head diseases. In the category of tolerance to Orobanche sp. (Volovod) belongs to race E.
